Great projects start with clear communication, and end with beautifully crafted results. Here’s what you can expect when working with us from start to finish:
Get a Free Quote
Start by submitting a request for a free quote. You’ll include your wall-to-ceiling dimensions, inspiration photos, and a general idea of what you’re looking to create. The more detail you provide, the better we can understand your vision.
Design Consultation
A designer will reach out to discuss your project in more detail. We’ll talk through what’s possible, review your wants and needs, and gather any additional details. At the end of this conversation, we’ll let you know when to expect your quote.
Review Your Quote
You’ll receive a detailed quote outlining the scope and cost of your project. Any questions or requested adjustments can be discussed at this stage to ensure everything feels right before moving forward.
Design Approval & Deposit
Once the rough design is finalized, a 50% deposit of the total project cost is required to secure your spot on the schedule. At this time, we’ll also provide a tentative installation date.
Production
With the deposit received, your project enters production. Because each piece is custom-built, no design changes can be made once production starts. If changes are absolutely necessary additional fees may apply. As production wraps up, we’ll schedule your installation for the following week and confirm all final details.
Installation
On installation day, we kindly ask that the driveway and garage are cleared of vehicles and that a clear pathway to the project area is available. This helps us work efficiently and safely in your home
Final Payment
Once installation is complete, you’ll receive a final invoice for the project. Payment is due within one business day.
